Our experience helps us in the understanding and interpretation of the relevant HTM and HBN publications, with which compliance is necessary for all healthcare buildings.
We are usually appointed to manage traditional building contracts but do have experience working for contractor lead teams on Procure 21 projects and also PFI’s. We have been appointed by a number of local hospital Trusts on projects ranging from very small infill project with a value of £20k up to much larger projects with a contract value of £2M.
The building contract:
As an RIBA chartered practice we are qualified to administer any JCT building contract on your behalf between your trust and the building contractor. We have the experience to manage works both on site and manage the design team throughout the project.
